Our sixth CONNECTOR Gathering during NYCJW is a special collaboration with MetalAid, the Canadian Art Jewellery Network which brings together artists and enthusiasts from across borders to connect, share ideas, and celebrate our international jewelry community. Connect with Louise Perrone, who will be in attendance as the Metalaid representative.
Louise will be participating in the EXPOSED! Gallery Talk from 4:00 - 5:00 PM in the Pratt Steuben Gallery, where panel participants will discuss SNAG Member exhibition highlights, mechanical construction, exploratory ideas, subtle design, clever engineering, and quiet craftsmanship. We recommend attending the gallery talk, then taking the short walk to our gathering.
We’ll meet at Washington Commons from 5:30–7:00 PM to make introductions, enjoy casual conversation, and strengthen ties between the Canadian and U.S. jewelry scenes. Afterward, we’ll walk together to Brooklyn Metal Works for the Opening Reception of Anonymous Brooklyn: Conspire.
👉 RSVP to the Anonymous Brooklyn: Conspire Opening Reception through nycjewelryweek.com!
Whether you’re attending NYCJW with friends or on your own, this gathering offers a welcoming space to connect with members of the MetalAid community, meet fellow jewelry lovers, and continue building connections that cross borders and strengthen our shared field.
CONNECT WITH US between 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM at Washington Commons.
